How Cute Is This...

We were out shopping yesterday and Jake found Jerry a costume for Halloween. I think he is the cutest dragon ever! Jake put it on him last night to see what he would do and he really liked it. Too cute!!!

A Day at the Zoo

Yesterday was beautiful, a high in the 80's, so we decided to take Jerry to the zoo. This time he was a little more interested in the animals and they were really active. We got to see the gorillas eat strawberries and carrots, an elephant get a bath and the bear play with his ball.

It was a lot of fun.

Crashed on Daddy

On Sunday morning I left to get us coffee and breakfast. When I came back the house was very quiet and this is why. Jerry was so tired he crawled up on Dad and fell asleep.

Happy Birthday Lainie

Jerry's friend Lainie celebrated her 4th birthday on Saturday. Jerry got to play with lots of kids in the water. Kourtney gave him a balloon and shared her drink with him. He's learning to drink from a straw. We had lots of fun!

So Tired

I was working at the table yesterday and Jerry was playing with his toys beside me when I looked down and he was dozing off playing with his guitar. He never does this. He had a really rough morning - he's teething and it's not only a pain for him but for mom and dad too. He is such a bear when he doesn't feel good (like dad).

Birthday Boy

Our little boy is one year old.

We celebrated his first year last night with lots of family and friends. We grilled and had cake / cupcakes and went swimming. Jerry didn't eat much of his birthday cake but loved smashing it between his fingers and throwing it on the floor. He really loved everyone singing Happy Birthday to him and clapping for him. He liked the attention.

He got lots of fun toys and had fun sharing them with his little friends.

Thank you everyone for all of the gifts.

We all went swimming afterward and the kids loved it. The bigger kids (the adults) might have had more fun splashing around than the little kids. We had to separate Josh and Jake at the end because they wouldn't stop drowning each other.

At the end of the day all of the little kidos were pretty tuckered out and Jerry had such a big day it took him no time to fall asleep.

It was a great day!

Happy 1st Birthday

Happy 1st Birthday Jerry!!!

Jerry got blueberry pancakes for breakfast this morning and had lots of fun eating them.

It's going to be a fun day. Jerry has lots of company; Uncle Jeremy & Aunt Olivia, Uncle Josh & Aunt Amber, Grandma & Grandpa Kalma and Aunt Jenna are all here to celebrate with him. We are having friends over this afternoon for food, fun and swimming. We'll post lots of pics and try to get some good videos too.
