New Faces

Jerry started making this new face that makes his cheeks look so chubby, it's so cute.

Look at What I Can Do

Jerry started to roll over the day after Christmas.  Now we really have to keep an eye on him.  And he sat up on his own for a few seconds but still needs lots of work on it.  He is also pushing up more with his arms so I am sure crawling is not far away.

I love my teddy.

I like my new ride.  

Soon I'll be running over the cats with this new toy.

Mommy got me all dressed up for Christmas.

The Night Before Christmas

Jerry got the book The Night Before Christmas from Grandma and Grandpa Holdren.  Daddy read it to Jerry on Christmas Eve and Jerry loved it.  

Here Kitty Kitty

Jerry has become fascinated with the cats. He loves to watch them and I think is contemplating on how he can get his hands on them.  Chloe has let him pet her (more like grab a bunch of her fur) and she didn't seem to care.  Toby wants nothing to do with Jerry and Cowley is curious but doesn't want to get to close.  I'm sure in time Jerry will be tormenting them.

And doesn't he look cute in his p.j.'s.

Jerry in his jumper

We put Jerry back in his jumper and he loved it.  I finally got batteries for it so it makes the jungle noises and lights up.  Jake liked it better without the noise but I think Jerry enjoyed it.  He was so funny.  It looked like his feet were dancing.

Santa Clause

Jerry got to meet Santa on Saturday.  

Mommy's Favorite Toy

I was cleaning our bedroom and so I put Jerry in his swing in front of the long mirror while I was vacuuming and when I was done I checked on him and found this.  

This is the second time he fell asleep in his swing.  I have to say I love this toy.  It's a huge help to me.

Cool Boy

Thanks Kourtney for my cool hat.  My ears will stay warm this winter.

Early Morning

Yesterday morning Jerry decided he wanted to get up at 5 am.  So we got up and I decided to bake some banana bread and let him play in his swing.  It wasn't but 20-30 minutes and he fell asleep in his swing.  So I put him back to bed and I had to stay up and wait for the bread to be done.

4 Months Old

Today Jerry is 4 months old.  I can't believe it!  

He weighs 17 lbs, is 26.5 in long and his head circumference is 16.5.

Mommy's Helper

Jerry was helping me fold towels.  He didn't want to play with his toy he just wanted to eat the towels.  If you can't tell he also has his thumb in his mouth.  Um, are we seeing a habit forming here? :(

What a Cutie!!!

We put up the Christmas tree while we were at Grandma and Grandpa Kalmas and Jerry really liked to look at it and I'm sure was trying to figure out how to put the pretty ornaments in his mouth.  We put him under the tree and he had a good time batting at the ornaments and kicking them off.  He is our best gift this year.  

He is such a happy boy.

Thanksgiving

Sorry for the late pictures.  We hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving.  We have so much to be thankful for this year.  Our lives are more blessed now that we have Jerry.  He just makes everything better.  We spent Thanksgiving in Holly with Grandma and Grandpa Kalma.  Aunt Jenna came down as well as Uncle Keith.  Aunt Jo and Aunt Tammy came by and Great Grandmas Alice and Mickey got to visit with Jerry.  We also got to see many of our friends that we haven't seen in a long time.  We had a lot of fun.  

Jerry also got to spend some alone time with his Grandpa and Grandma as mom and dad went out to dinner with some friends.  We were only gone for a few hours (it seemed a little longer) and they were able to give Jerry a bottle.  He took it really well and when I got back I got to give him a little of it too.  Although, we tried again the next day and he didn't want anything to do with it.  He's a smart baby and wont' be fooled twice. 

It snowed on Friday.  It was Jerry's first snow day which I think I was more excited about than he was.  He might not have even been able to see it snow, I don't know.  

Jerry's new find over the holiday weekend was his thumb.  He started sucking on his thumb which I admit kinda looks cute but I really hope it doesn't become a habit.  I try to take it out of his mouth when I see him do it.  We tried to give him his pacifier again but like the bottle he took it once and then not again.  He loves to suck on his hands and is starting to put everything in his mouth.
